What Is a Vehicle Banksman?
A vehicle banksman is the individual who coordinates the movement of a range vehicles on and off site, Practically 25% of all deaths that include a heavy vehicle at work occur during reversing – something that can be effectively maintained a safety distance from with the incorporation of a vehicle banksman. It’s not only injuries to individuals that a vehicle banksman can stop, harm can be counteracted as well, both to the vehicle itself and some other on-site equipment that may come into its way.
How is someone deemed competent? – training, knowledge and experience.
This program is intended for a workforce that is responsible for vehicles, equipment and pedestrians on a site. Our Vehicle Banksman Training Course will educate staff members on the dangers related to moving vehicles on a site and how to control access to pedestrians and vehicles, through the execution of powerful control measures to decrease dangers to their wellbeing.

Training Certification
All candidates will be registered on to the RTITB Nors scheme ( national operators registration scheme valid for 3 years
Training Refresher Period
Refresher training is recommended after 3 years and the registration can be renewed with RTITB.
